Nine servants of devil
FADE IN:EXT. STATE OF WYOMING - WYOMING DEVIL’S TOWER – AFTERNOON
Devil’s tower is seen in the far distance. We see a man approaching the tower slowly, in the sun's rays. Plants all a around are dying because of the extreme heat.
We see a man, his footsteps make their mark on the sand. Suddenly the calm man starts speaking.
VOICE OF MAN
(V.O.)
There are moments in life when you must choose between good and evil. Maybe you want to choose good, way but you sin often in your life. You may not sin consciously, but sometimes life makes you choose to sin. Then you think about your past life and you realize that the devil has taken possession of your soul. Too much money and power can turn a person into a devil. A dangerous devil, which makes you full of unrest. You can think only about one thing - bloody money. Maybe you don’t have much luck in you life, but you must not lose hope, because one beautiful day success will come into your life and this perfect moment will wipe away all of your failures.
The man reaches a river That is reddish, like blood and suddenly disappears. The Tower is painted blood red and there are nine lynched bodies from nooses. Instantly the ropes break and the bodies fall in to the bloody water. Dollar bills fall from the top of Wyoming Tower. Suddenly the voice of the man is heard again.
VOICE OF MAN
(V.O.)
The biggest mistake of humans is that they do not know when to stop, because of their insatiable greed, they lose everything they have. They lose what is most important in their lives. All of us are sinners, and death is inevitable.
We see a desert, suddenly we hear the sound of atomic bomb exploding. Everything is quiet again, it is dark all around and only the mortal man’s heart beats are heard, getting slower, then stopping.
END MAIN TITLES.
CUT TO:
INT. A HALF-LIT LONG HALL
A long hall. Lights keep going on and off, which makes the atmosphere feel scary. 35 year old man is coming from the end of the hall. Instantly, we hear old man's voice.
Man's calm voice
(V.O.)
This is a Joe Whelesh, he is a 35 year old handsome man coming down the hall. He is a psychologist who hypnotizes people with his gaze. Joe has asad appearance and melancholic eyes. He ended his career as a brilliant psychologist, while his wife, Anna, died in a plane crash. He starts drinking and gaming to casino. Casino games and endless alcohol, Joe shifted debts. Joe had to appeal to his former patients for Harry's, who worked as a lawyer with the Italian mafia Don Michele. Since then, his life has become unbearable and depression covered. His clothes (white shirt and blue jeans) are covered in blood. In his right hand he holds a 45 calibre, silver pistol, and in his left he holds a 1000 dollars of blood paint.
Crippled bodies are strewn along The hall. Suddenly, we hear man voice, but nobody see him. When he hears this he runs to get away. Suddenly a ghost’s silhouette appears in the hall. It pushes Joe and ghost vanishes. Sounds ironic laughter heard in the hall.

Joe, where are you running to? Maybe to the hell? Your place is in the hell!!! Money and violence does not bring love. Only the devil lives in you. It lives only in your imagination. The last enemy of humanity is death which is near! Joe! When there are many dead people their fear of death disappears.
Joe is breathing hard and tries to run away quickly but he cannot see the end of the hall. Again he hears the terrible voice of laughing. The walls of the hall are painted red and the number 9 appears on them. There are two hangmen who come out of the wall holding shining axes. Instantly they travel through the crippled bodies to the imaginary room. We see room of red, where is, we read only numbers of nine and many dead bodies. Joe hears men’s terrible screams from everywhere.

(V.O.)
Welcome to hell Joe!!! You are next-Joe. Your day of demise is near. Your whole life has been bullshit, without any light. You are running from yourself. When justice ends and nothing is left which can give value to your bloody life then is not worth living.
Joe suddenly stops, feels dizzys, and falls down on his knees. He throws down the money and puts a gun to his temple. He instantaneously remembers his past life, and starts screaming when he remembers how many times he has lied and cheated and all the people he has failed.
JOE
I cannot live like this anymore!!! I will and upin Hell, and then I will be free of everything. I am tired of this horrible life. All I cared about and wanted was money. I thought people would admire and respect me. That I could have peace of mind and do my work with pleasure. But now I am tired of everything I have done. I wanted to live as a normal person would. All my life I have had one question:What is the worst thing That can happen to me? But I guess that everything ends sometime, and there's no exception for me. In spite of everything I never think about the future because it comes so quickly.
Joe intends to shoot himself but he stops for a moment. He starts crying and from the back he hears a man’s voice which is spreading as an echo.
Frightening Man's Voice
(V.O.)
I am here Joe, what are you waiting for? Maybe you are afraid? Or you're thinking about your money? You cannot lie to me with your tears. Joe – you are afraid because you feel that The end of your life is near. Foolishness – is an illness, which, if it is not healed can make people want to annihilate themselves. Joe you have not studied how to live and now it is time for you to come with us.
Joe answers him in anger and shoots several bullets in various directions.
JOE
I am not afraid of death. Death will be a relief for me. Life is hell, but death will be heaven! If you want peace you must be ready for war. I am ready for anything. Nothing is impossible in this life if you have a good imagination. A person should not lose hope with life, but if hope is lost it means that life must end. What do you want from me? Fuck you. This is my life and I can do with it.
Many disembodied voices are heard in the hall. Suddenly everything goes quiet and the man’s calm voice appears.

(V.O.)
Money makes your consciousness dark, the desire for power will not leave you!!! It is time to shoot yourself, now, and I will open the door of hell for you. It is better to accept your death than to run away Frightening Man's Voice as a coward. Joe give me your life !!! Hope !!!! Hope is the second soul of miserable people. Joe – we kill you because we want you to be one of us!
Joe answers to the man’s voice and laughs back at it.
JOE
I will fight for money and power in the hell because only powerful and wealthy people have many friends and succeed. I have only one interest in my life - money. Only crazy people and children tell the truth.
Joe laughs crazily. Suddenly he puts The gun to his temple and shoots.
CUT TO:
INT. DARKNESS
Joe's inanimate body falls in the darkness. Suddenly red and white inscriptions appear.
INSCRIPTIONS ON THE SCREEN
Irritation starts with madness and ends with regret.
Suddenly, in the darkness we hear old man's calm voice.
MAN’S CALM VOICE
(V.O.)
So Joe, smile and the whole world will smile with you. Everything will end Joe!!! Joe- it is better to be a king in Hell than a slave in Heaven. Your life is an illusion.
CUT TO:
INT. CHICAGO – WYNDHAM HOTEL – MORNING
Joe wakes up feeling crazy in a hotel room. Blood is streaming down from his forhead. He gets up and goes to the mirror and sees a red number 9 inscribed on it. we see a Joe's terrible face and Instantly, we hear old man's voice in the room.
MAN’S CALM VOICE
(V.O.)
We are everywhere Joe and it does not matter where you are, because we can find you anywhere...
Instantly John’s pulse hastens. At the same time he can hear the man’s calm voice coming from somewhere in the hotel room. He doesn't recognize it.
MAN’S CALM VOICE
(V.O.)
Only someone who is free can be intrepid. It is impossible to find compromise between kindness and harm and also between truth and lies. People are greedy... the desire for money makes them frightening devils who can destroy everything around them. People are born not to be rich, They are born to be happy.
Suddenly the man’s voice stops and Joe runs into the bathroom. He searches The washing machine for something while he talks to himself.
JOE
(Talking to himself)
Good, the bag is here and the money is too! 500,000 dollars is a big money. I have a many debts. But where did this blood come from?
Joe Suddenly loses his balance and falls down. Now there is a bloody number 9 and other inscriptions on the washing machine.
INSCRIPTIONS ON THE WASHING MACHINE
“Day of judgement”.
(beat)
Instantly, he stand up and start talking to himself.
Joe
(desperately)
I am again in the dream - it is impossible! This place will drive me crazy.
There is a phone call in the room. Joe slowly goes towards the phone, and answers. There is a voice of frightened woman on the other end.
WOMAN'S VOICE
(scared)
Joe, terrible things are happening to me. I need your help otherwise I'm going to go crazy. I can't sleep – I'm having nightmares … Please come now or I'll commit suicide!
We see Joe's surprised face. He talks to woman very softly.
JOE
(softly)
Please calm down Magi Don’t do anything foolish. Come to the bar in one hour. I cannot tell you more by phone, come and we will talk more. Bye!
Joe puts down the receiver and quickly starts to dress. He puts on Levis and a black shirt, with a white inscriptions - “One Day Everything Ends”. He puts on cheap watch, which has stopped at 9 o’clock. A drop of blood falls from his forhead on to his watch. He take off the watch throws it down cleans up the blood and talks to himself again.
JOE
(angrily)
What the hells going on?! What does this number 9 means or this blood? And now Magi! Calm down Joe. Don’t think too much. Keep calm. Time will show me what to do. People make obstacles for themselves.
Joe takes his key and bag of money and leaves The room.
